“How we take care of our most vulnerable residents is a reflection of our community.”
A Wichita native, LaTasha has worked in the nonprofit space for fifteen years since graduating with University Honors in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University, MO. She is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) and has completed multiple advanced courses from Wichita State University and The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. LaTasha has been serving HK since 2018, during which she has always been committed to the future—heading up long range strategic plans, and spearheading and project managing development of The Studios at HumanKind.
LaTasha serves on the board for the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition—a group of local leaders working to develop a sustainable, accessible, and integrated system of care that serves people with mental health and substance abuse disorders in crisis—and is a board member on the Affordable Housing Advisory Council (AHAC) with FHL Bank.
Above everything comes LaTasha’s family. She and her husband Henri have three children—Brady, Gavin, and recent arrival, Olive—with whom they love traveling, playing sports and enjoying the outdoors.
