LaTasha St. Arnault


Wichita native LaTasha St. Arnault brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience to HumanKind Ministries, including collaborative community solutions, program development, fundraising and strategic planning, just to name a few. LaTasha graduated with university honors in nonprofit administration with an emphasis in development from Lindenwood University.  In 2009, she became a certificated nonprofit professional through American Humanics, the National Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. She has worked in social services in several states including Missouri, Minnesota, and Kansas. “Poverty and homelessness are community-wide issues that we must tackle together,” LaTasha said. “I look forward to serving Wichita through HumanKind Ministries’s incredible mission. Our rich history and critical programs are directly and indirectly strengthening our community and its residents. I truly feel honored I get to be part of that kind of effort.”

Roxanne Moren

Chief Operations Officer

Roxanne has been with HumanKind Ministries for more than 20 years, holding many roles throughout that time. Her previous experience as the CFO and Property Manager gives her unique insight into all the organization’s operational functions. Roxanne ensures the IFM campus is running smoothly, working with our facilities team, vendors and local, state, and federal partners. “My passion lies with the homeless and those in poverty because at any given time a loved one or myself could experience the same journey.”

Christen Sampamurthy

Director of Programs

Christen manages HumanKind Ministries’s three homeless shelters, oversees street outreach efforts, and supervises the case managers at our three low-income apartment buildings. She works with Impact ICT- CoC (Continuum of Care) to coordinate services among different agencies serving the homeless and low-income. “I want each individual who reaches out to HumanKind Ministries to feel valued and heard. It’s imperative to understand the unique circumstances and challenges to better help us develop an individualized client driven plan to obtain safe, stable and affordable housing.”

Kate Webb

Director of Marketing & Communications

Kate has a passion for social impact work and brings 10+ years of experience in nonprofit marketing and development, communications, and advertising copywriting in California, Washington DC, Florida, and her home state of Kansas. Somewhere in there she also got her Masters in Public Administration from the University of York in England—and married her British husband Alex, with whom she now has two kids, Lucy and Teddy. Kate was most recently Director of Marketing for United Way Bay Area in San Francisco but is thrilled to be back in Kansas and helping raise awareness about the important work of HumanKind Ministries.

Cheri Humphries

Office & Database Manager

Cheri Humphries is the go-to person at HumanKind Ministries.  As our Office and Database Manager, Cheri manages our administrative office and works closely with our donors, development, volunteers and events.  A Kansas native, Cheri obtained her non-profit experience working with abused, abandoned and neglected youth in Nevada.  Cheri brings with her a strong passion of helping others and lives by the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Cheri says: “We all need an extended hand at one point or another.  I am honored to be supporting the mission and programs of HumanKind Ministries.”

Mis Gaston

Director of Special Initiatives

Born and raised in Wichita, Mis Gaston graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She then went on to pursue her MBA from Southwestern College, Business Studies. Mis has held various past professional positions with Simon Property Group ranging from Director of Marketing and Business Development to property General Manager in Kansas and Oklahoma. As the Director of Special Initiatives, she oversees all of HumanKind Ministries’ special events, various community activities and the Operation Holiday program.

Greer Horning

Community Outreach Coordinator

Greer works with organizations, businesses, churches, and individuals in the Wichita community to build partnerships with HumanKind Ministries through volunteerism and outreach. Greer comes to HumanKind from Exploration Place where she worked in education and first fell in love with working for a nonprofit. She is a native Wichitan (go Aces!) and a graduate of Westminster College in Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She loves eating tapas and reminiscing over the two years she spent in Spain after college. Greer is excited to connect people with HumanKind’s programs that help those in our community who need it most.
