Our 155 apartments are more than four walls, they are foundations for stability, dignity, and new possibilities. Every resident deserves not only a safe home, but also the support and essential services that help them thrive.
Through Adopt a Home, we’re inviting 155 committed donors to sponsor one apartment with a gift of $300 per month for a minimum of three years.
Your monthly gift helps cover:
- $110 per month for case management and individualized support
- $190 per month for utilities and essential household services
Together, these resources help residents build stability, address challenges, and move toward their goals.
As an Adopt a Home donor, you’ll receive regular updates about how your generosity is making a difference in the lives of the people we serve. You’ll see the impact of consistent support; from helping residents maintain housing, to connecting them with the resources they need to move forward.
