      3. Organize a Donation Drive

Congregations, businesses, and organizations are invited to organize donation drives among their members. Operation Holiday relies heavily on volunteer-led donation drives to collect cash, non-perishable food, teen gifts, and winter wear to serve the people of this community. Donation drive needs include:

      • Food (non-perishable standard sized items)
      • New blankets
      • New/gently-used coats, hats, mittens and scarves
      • Gifts for teens valued at $10-15 (this is for our Operation Holiday Teen2Teen program which provides gifts for recipients ages 15-17; Toys for Tots, through the US Marine Reserves, provides gifts for younger children)
      • New toys
      • Pet food, accessories and toys. Contact Kate at 316-264-9303, ext. 104 or kate@interfaithwichita.org if you are interested in participating in the pet food program.
      • Cash
