Pick-Up Information

Operation Holiday distribution week is almost here, and we want to make the pickup process as smooth as possible for everyone.

Pick-up Dates & Times:
Monday, Dec. 15: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 16 – Thursday, Dec. 18:  9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 19:
9 a.m. – Noon: Make-up/missed appointments
1 p.m: Open to the public — anyone may stop by, and we’ll distribute remaining items while supplies last.

Important Reminders:

  • Please arrive at your designated appointment time. This helps us keep traffic moving and ensures everyone receives the support they need.

  • Appointments cannot be rescheduled, so plan to attend during your assigned slot.

  • Distribution is drive-through only. Our staff and volunteers will guide you through the process and assist with loading food boxes and other items into your vehicle.

  • If you are unable to make your appointment or don’t have a car, you may designate someone to pick up your items for you.

    • Your designee will need:
      Your name and appointment information.
Their own personal ID at check-in.

Donation Drop-Offs:
If you’re bringing donations to our warehouse at 2611 W. MacArthur Rd, please come between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday–Thursday. This ensures staff are available to accept and sort items. We look forward to serving our community in the coming weeks — thank you for helping make Operation Holiday possible.
