The Villas consist of 101 units designed for longer-term, affordable apartment living and a number of apartments designated for HUD-approved homeless persons. Anyone can apply, and all residents at The Villas are offered on-site supportive services from HumanKind case management staff. The Villas comprise studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bed apartments, a community room, on-site laundry, and are suitable for individuals and families.

You may be eligible to lease an apartment at The Villas if:

• Your combined household income is less than 200% of the federal poverty guideline

• You have no pets, with the exception of registered service animals
